There is hardly a time when you will find Jordan not working. He gets here early, he stays here late, and he works from home on nights and weekends. What is he doing? He is constantly staying on top of the newest developments in Web technology and leveraging them in a meaningful way for the clients of HCK2.

To accomplish that, he pushes. He pushes our designers to work outside their comfort zones. He pushes our developers to use an emerging technology. He pushes our clients to make informed decisions. Do his coworkers want to poison his Red Bull? Maybe. But in the end, if we produce a Web site that gets the attention of the target audience and the Web development community at the same time, he may die happy.
