She's our Renaissance woman.

From vowing to put Hallmark on the "Can-I-get-a-stimulus-package" list because of her love to make greeting cards, making a client's vision into an awe-striking reality, doing bicycle soccer kicks in the lobby or even sleeping to the dulcet tones of The Weather Channel (no, really), Melissa does a lot in her life that staves off boredom.

And that's good for us because an agency needs that kind of thinking from someone in her position.

Her passion in art direction is digging in a client's mind and putting their thoughts into pictures. Snapshots anyone would be proud to frame on a wall or put on a billboard. Whatever the palette, Melissa searches the recesses of her mind - and her Mac - for the answer to the ubiquitous question, "Um, I just don't know how to describe what I'm thinking."

If that's you, don't fret. Whatever you're thinking, she'll "bend it like Beckham" and figure it out.
