Mel Gibson's Scorned Ex: "Pay for my PR!"
You never know what's coming out of Hollywood next. Big-screen blockbusters or anything involving Tom Cruise lately. And now we have what will probably become this generation's "irreconcilable differences" coming from Mel Gibson.
No, no. He's not in hot water with the Anti-Defamation League or the NAACP this time (there's a headline, eh?), rather his baby mama is looking to Mel to be the majestic benefactor for her much-needed PR.
FOX News is reporting, by way of TMZ, that Oksana Grigorieva spent "tens of thousands" on public relations because her image was being throttled. Nice.
We're told Oksana racked up $84,000 in PR expenses and certain unpaid legal fees. As for the PR fees, TMZ sources say Oksana felt hiring PR reps was the only way counter someone as big and powerful as Mel Gibson. Oksana -- who insists she didn't sell the tapes -- felt she was getting trashed in the media.
Lady, after you have been called every name in the book outside of "lovely" and "one heckuva mom," there's no amount of PR to correct what YouTube has already cemented for your legacy. That's called "criminal law."
