Texas Health Aetna

High-End Prospects Event

Leveraging the strengths of Aetna and Texas Health Resources, Texas Health Aetna offers a simpler, better approach to health care benefits in the Dallas-Fort Worth community. This local plan pushes the conventional boundaries of traditional health care plans and systems with integrated solutions and comprehensive care close to home.

The Challenge

Texas Health Aetna was looking for a unique and creative way to engage with prospective plan sponsors to help grow its membership base.

The Solution

Texas Health Aetna turned to HCK2 for event planning expertise and assistance with the coordination and implementation of a special event for its top prospects. HCK2 secured the iconic Dallas Cowboys Stadium as the venue, with an upscale dining experience, a private tour of the stadium and an autograph session with the legendary Wide Receiver Drew Pearson.

Coordinating this occasion was an agency-wide effort. In addition to managing all event logistics, HCK2 tapped into its creative team to develop a prospectus to share with leadership, as well as digital Save-The-Date notifications and a formal invitation. The creative team also created custom tri-fold brochures for attendees that explained how their companies could save on healthcare by partnering with Texas Health Aetna. HCK2 also brought on its Web team to develop an event landing page that displayed all event details and an RSVP form for attendees to complete.
