TruPoint Builders

Brand Development + Launch

When Houston Interiors and LFT Panels came together, the opportunity was bigger than combining two businesses. They needed a new brand that could bring their people, expertise and expanded capabilities together under one clear identity.

HCK2 partnered with the team to create TruPoint Builders—from name and brand development and messaging to a new website and coordinated internal and external launch.

Houston Interiors and LFT Panels each brought established expertise, relationships and reputations to the new organization. The challenge was to create a unified brand that represented the strength of both businesses while clearly communicating what the combination meant for employees, customers and partners.

The transition also needed to balance what was changing with what wasn’t—introducing expanded capabilities without creating uncertainty around the people, quality, craftsmanship and relationships customers already trusted.

HCK2 developed the TruPoint Builders brand and messaging around a clear promise: Precision. Purpose. Performance. The new identity brought the businesses together under one brand while positioning TruPoint as a stronger, vertically integrated builder with expanded capabilities.

From there, HCK2 brought the brand to life across a completely new website and supporting corporate and marketing materials.

To prepare for launch, we developed a coordinated communications strategy for employees, customers, vendors and partners. Internal communications introduced employees to the new brand and gave them context around what it meant for the company’s future, while external communications, FAQs and customer outreach clearly explained the transition, reinforced continuity and highlighted the benefits of bringing more capabilities under one roof.

The new website and customer communications launched alongside the TruPoint name, creating a coordinated introduction of the brand across internal and external audiences.

TruPoint Builders launched with a unified brand designed to represent the combined strength of both businesses and create a foundation for future growth.

The new identity, messaging and website give TruPoint a cohesive platform to showcase its expanded capabilities while maintaining the craftsmanship, quality and trusted relationships its customers already knew.

Just as importantly, the coordinated rollout helped employees, customers and partners understand the transition—bringing two established businesses forward under one brand with a clear story about who TruPoint is and what comes next.
