VitalTech, a leading virtual care delivery provider, reached out to HCK2 to build and execute its public relations program through a strategic combination of proactive pitching, thought leadership and company announcements.

The Challenge

As a rapidly growing startup in the health tech space, VitalTech looked to HCK2 to help differentiate the company from its list of competitors in the same space. In addition to this, HCK2 had to quickly pivot from its current public relations plan due to COVID-19’s spread through the U.S. The team was able to quickly help launch media relations efforts to promote the initiatives VitalTech was undertaking to support the pandemic.

The Solution

HCK2 developed a strategic media relations plan to help distribute key pieces of company news to top media contacts. The team leveraged both its local and national contacts to garner media coverage for several of VitalTech’s announcements, including its 90-day free telehealth programs for care providers and its national partnership with AT&T.

To help maximize media impact, HCK2 also drafted social media posts to showcase published coverage on VitalTech’s channels, and developed blog content on leading industry topics for VitalTech’s website.
