ONLINE BANNER CAMPAIGNS
Since 2010, Greyhound Lines and Peter Pan Bus Lines have partnered with HCK2 to create consumer awareness and online outreach campaigns to increase brand perceptions and ridership numbers for their Northeast corridor. Greyhound and Peter Pan offer full amenities including Wi-Fi, power outlets, extra legroom, convenient boarding groups, reserved seating and their unrivaled Express service. Over the past four years, we have worked diligently to change the perceptions of bus travel and convey the modern-day amenities that make it more of a pleasant experience.
In our most recent online banner campaigns, HCK2 positioned Greyhound and Peter Pan as industry leaders. Our message strategy was centered on giving consumers a reason to travel, outside of normal day-to-day commutes during seasonally relevant time periods. The fall/winter campaign focused on one of the most treasured amenities, Free Wi-Fi, to playfully keep travelers connected as they are visiting family and friends. With a relatively conservative media budget over a three-month period, we were able to generate over 1,200 percent ROI, delivering a 12:1 sales to advertising ratio. The client was ecstatic with the results, and we are currently working to surpass our previous achievement.
