LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGN
Regus, one of the world’s largest global providers of flexible workspace, contracted HCK2 to help with a lead generation campaign that would enable Regus’ Corporate Account Directors better prospecting leads. The campaign consisted of a three-wave approach.
Wave one included personalized letters from the CEO, CFO, and Vice Presidents of Sales and Real Estate, along with a highly specialized video card. The video card was Regus branded and included a three-minute video introducing Regus and its capabilities to key decision makers.
As an immediate follow-up, wave two included a targeted letter campaign accompanied by a branded Calloway golf tin and golf scorecard as a dimensional direct mail piece.
Wave three included a direct follow-up from the Regus Corporate Account Directors setting up appointments with their new contacts, and rewarding them with the new cutting-edge golf technology, a Game Golf system. The campaign is being tested on a national scale and is intended to become the next global sales tool for the Regus Corporation.
